Pros

You could travel around different countries in South America and achieve good experiences

Cons

The HR team arent confidents , during the HR process they know since the beginin who are they gonna hire (most if not all of the time the hired person i´d be a current internt)... so it´s absurd to other candidates to be on the process. Your going to lose time and money in case the are not from Mex City (the place where you are going to be interviewed)

Pros

Working with brands you grew up with is really exciting! The people I have met have all been amazing as well!

Cons

Everyone I have talked to are overworked and feel underpaid and despite the amount of work they do, there is no recognition or appreciation. Upper management is a mess and UL is constantly restructuring, often going from new BACK to the old structure while simultaneously letting people go leaving more people overworked. While most people are amazing, there are a few micromanagers where expectations are unknown. In addition, the lack of communication is awful. Often, I hear about certain cuts through the vine rather than directly from the people involved
