Pros
Firstly i believed that was unilever, but irrelevant...different culture from top to bottom for all departments. Most unimportant part of company is sales department. You can feel it everywhere, unilever means marketting, all the other departmans are insignificant for them.
Cons
No chance for carrier if you don't have same surname with someone at highest Level. You should have special connections(irrelevant to work)
