      Pros

      Many growth opportunities, good people to work with, flexible hours. Compensation is good plus bonuses. Nice work environment to be in.

      Cons

      No major cons. Really depends on the department you work in. You need to take initiative to get things going.

      Love the people, great mentors, wonderful team members. Very welcoming office and great relationships. I love coming to work!
