      Pros

      Industry Recognition: VIPRE is a well known trusted anti-malware solution. Threat product line making waves with first ever real-time advanced malware detection and remediation appliance. Culture: Very inviting and all inclusive. Family friendly, work/life balance is terrific. Quarterly outings are great. Opportunity: Global company with a start up small company feel. If you work hard you'll be recognized and more importantly financially rewarded!

      Cons

      Training: There is no new hire formal company training. I think new hires could benefit from a one day, who we are, class.

      Pros

      VIPRE has been part of Ziff Davis since 2018. The company has been transformed within the last few years with a new leadership who really cares. Our voices are heard and we have new employee platforms that help managers to motivate and reward our teams. Our benefits are outstanding and compensation is on the market. There is a lot of opportunity for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      Remote work could be challenging but we have team meetings and use regular video Zoom meetings, play games, and stay connected. We also can travel to meetings and events.
