Pros
The benefits are ok, wonderful people to work with. Cutting edge products and technology and outstanding training.
Cons
Not a family friendly company to work for if you are in a call center. You will not have a gurantee of having the days off or vacation days that you want. Your schedule and teams change every 6 months. If you want to work days with weekends off you will be waiting a long time. The job environment is very stressful with frequent changes. You will encounter good customers and some that are completely irate - you have to have thick skin for this job!
