Constant over time working is required to get deliverables meet deadlines. A scope of innovation and upskilling is visible, but difficult to get them into action as employees are usually packed with deliverables itself (of course not all teams have this drawback)
We have to limit to the technologies we're currently working on and the technical growth scope is very low for roles before 5 years (we'll not learn many technical core skills which are actually widely used in industry)
Salaries suit any mediocre IT company, of course the work expectation matches the salary paid. But not much scope if we're looking for dream/super dream salaries and state of the art work nature.
Perks on daily basis in office are poor - cafeteria with no subsidised food and also high cost for food items with below average taste; too much conservation on working spaces like limiting the office floors to half capacity on Thursday& Friday; no cab pick up service and no shuttle services; no team outings(maybe due to recession budget crunch); not so helpful HR staff etc
