      Pros

      Variety of tasks being moved around is good for everyone. A little hot in summer ( folks my weight we lose weight ;), opportunity for advancement - get education through vocational school or online learning degree .work as a team is the best for all .

      Improve benefits and bonuses and a 401k program for long term employees
