Working at Vitro had its share of challenges. Firstly, the issue of incorrect paychecks persisted throughout my time there. Despite running weekly payroll, about 10 employees, including myself, experienced frequent errors, leading to delays in receiving accurate payment. Secondly, the building's maintenance left much to be desired. The bathrooms were often unclean, the eating area felt cramped, and the microwaves barely functioned, making meal breaks less than ideal.
