We're sorry that you didn’t see enough opportunities to develop your career with us. We have recently implemented several new initiatives to improve the visibility of internal roles that are available to employees and have created a formalized internal recruitment policy. We also revamped our performance evaluation process from scratch. The new process is much more streamlined and focuses on individual employee goals and career aspirations. We’ve seen a big increase in internal promotions and transfers across departments since implementing these initiatives!
