Our compensation is competitive and we regularly look into market rates and industry data to ensure it's benchmarked appropriately. Additionally, our business development team is offered a variable compensation component which rewards top performers when set targets are achieved.
It appears you may have been with Gympass when there were changes in management on your team. We understand transitions can be tough and there are usually growing pains in the process.
