We strive to create a diverse and inclusive work environment for all and are proud of the accomplishments we've made in recent months. The addition of more women to our leadership team now brings us to almost an even split of male/female ratio in management. This is something we are continually working on and understand there is always room for improvement.
In regards to the work itself, we encourage employees to have open conversations with their managers, whether it be informally or come performance review time to ensure our team members are happy in their role and feeling challenged in the best way possible. We now post all new positions to our internal job board in efforts to further promote internal mobility within the company. We appreciate you taking the time to review.
