Cons
The one con worth stating is the lack of a fully-realized infrastructure. It's often difficult to find materials & resources, as the business has pivoted multiple times the past few years. Now that it's found its footing, the company has started to invest in programs and tools that should help provide the infrastructure it needs to properly scale
