Pros
Amazing culture with D&I initiatives. I really enjoyed working at Gympass as for me it was a great journey where I had the opportunity to be challenged and to work with autonomy.
Cons
I experienced the challenges of working in a start up environment some years ago, but I don't see it as a "cons" when I look back to that days. It was exactly those challenges that helped me developing my skills and to be ready to the challenges I'm facing nowadays in another company.
