If you are experiencing roadblocks we encourage you to speak with your team. We believe there are many ways to improve efficiency! We also want to thank you for sharing your ideas about offering more relocation opportunities. We agree that these sorts of opportunities are very exciting and, at the same time, we are aware that Gympass isn't yet large enough to do relocations at scale. We already have processes in place to move Gympassers when there is a compelling business need, and we are supportive of any employee who wants to explore internal opportunities abroad in areas where they have work authorization.
