3yWe are glad you enjoyed our culture and benefits, and we empathize with the challenge of balancing meetings and focus time. Although this is a challenge employees have across companies, at Gympass we do empower our employees to have the flexibility to manage their time in a way that supports productivity. From the People department we actively encourage employees (via multiple internal communications and town halls) to own their calendars and even implement focus blocks (or even focus days) sans meetings. We also support healthy dialogue and transparent communication, we want every employee to feel comfortable to share and collaborate with other teams openly, suggesting alternative ways to align whenever necessary.
