In terms of project management, we have deployed the RASCI framework company-wide to promote clear ownership, accountability, and progress for projects. If you have ideas of other methodologies that would work well in your specific team or area, we encourage you to share your thoughts with your manager. About career pathing - Gympass is currently working on several initiatives in this area. For example, we are in the midst of creating clear competency matrices for each department, to provide employees with a clear understanding of what skills are expected at each level. We also encourage employees to have open conversations with their managers about goals and growth on a regular cadence, as well as through their Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
