We recognize the significant impact of compensation changes on employees. Our Comp & Benefits team follows a competitive total rewards approach, extensively researching and benchmarking bonus and commission structures. These plans are crafted at the organizational or team level to ensure fairness and consistency among employees in the same roles. While we communicate changes and address questions, we cannot negotiate individually with employees about team or company-level plans. The People team is committed to creating career paths for Gympassers, with initiatives like competency matrices, career chats, and improvements to our Individual Development Plan (IDP) process.
