You have noted several areas for improvement, which we would like to acknowledge. Career pathing is an important topic for Gympassers, and we agree that competency frameworks are one crucial element to foster clear expectations and support employee growth. We are working hard to develop them for all teams across the company. We manage a structured performance review process to ensure fairness in evaluations and decisions around promotions. In the past few months, we also made changes to our internal hiring timeline to ensure all promotions follow a consistent cadence and criteria. In terms of visibility of the different teams, we'd love to hear more about your observations and understand where we might be able to make improvements. We are committed to fostering Diversity, Equity, and Belonging at Gympass. We have created a 5-Year Plan that encompasses many goals and areas of opportunity, and we are collaborating across the organization to work on initiatives that support the Plan.
