We are happy to understand that you value our offered conditions and technological stack. On the other hand, we are sorry to hear about your experience regarding the prioritization exercise some of our Engineering and Product teams are exceptionally carrying out.
Despite this situation, the management, as well as the People Business Partner team, have been in close contact with the entire Engineering and Product area to ensure a rigorous attention to health and well-being and monitor any case of excess working. All the overtime hours are paid and nothing has changed in regards to our flexible working regime.
We are proactively working towards increasing representation of other nationalities in our teams by directly approaching those profiles to participate in our recruitment processes.
