      Pros

      The people are awesome, and the company puts a high value on employee wellbeing with flexible work model (work from anywhere), wellness benefit, work-life balance etc.

      Cons

      It's a global team, so sometimes it's hard to arrange meetings when you have people in 3 or 4 different time zones.
