Like any company that grows very quickly, many processes are still not well organized and it takes a lot of resilience to adapt to constant changes. There are always too much work to do. They have this less is more culture, so all the teams are very lean. Many leaders come from the same companies and are personal friends. Not that they aren't good professionals, but this has a huge impact on the team's diversity. I work in the commercial area and commissioning rules are constantly changing.
