Pros

Chance to work in different cities within the US, but mostly in Northeast, NY, NJ, MA.

Cons

Have to be relocated to the cities where your project is. However, company will not provide living reimbursement. You have to pay for your own housing in the city where you work. When the project is done, you have to look for your own project. There is no organize way to find available project. Your manager could be different every year. Even though you may be assigned a manager, you rarely have face time with them. The annual review is a joke. There is no discussion of the goals with managers. They will just hand down the list of goals and tell you to do them. Many of the goals are irrelevant to what you are doing. The HR is probably the worst of all. No one will reply to email or phone call. When you finally reach someone, the usual response is "contact your manager".

Pros

Positive and supporting work culture where employees feel valued and respected. Team environment is very friendly and colleagues are always willing to help each other, which creates a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

I would not 100% consider it as cons as its common thru most MNC's. But opportunities for fast career progression can vary depending on the project or team.

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
