Pros

No one on the company cares about what you do sometimes is like paid vacations. I have partners who are rude to bosses and team mates and company only changes them to another team so is like you can do whatever you want and not getting fired.

Cons

Is imposible to talk to your manager If you want a raise forget about it you have to work for at least 2 years to ask for it they hire you to do something and you end up doing something else with more complexity If you have a issue dont even bother to ask for help to HR or your manager because they dont care If you are assigned to a project you are on your own, wipro only cares to sell you as an object there is no onboarding to the project. On Q evaluations no matter if you gave a 300% you are going to be evaluated as: does only the required job (so you cant ask for a raise) You cant never talk to your manager about Q evaluations (appraisals) If you are good at your job managers make train people who dont know how to do their job and you get nothing in exchange they gave a used laptop that has broken keys, sticky keyboard, is freaking slow and when they gave it to me they told: you cant ask for any better this is what you get and list still continues but enough...

Pros

Positive and supporting work culture where employees feel valued and respected. Team environment is very friendly and colleagues are always willing to help each other, which creates a collaborative atmosphere.

Cons

I would not 100% consider it as cons as its common thru most MNC's. But opportunities for fast career progression can vary depending on the project or team.

Pros

There are no pros to working for Wipro.

Cons

This company is a sh** show. There are too many managers and less and less people to do the actual work. They have people that negotiate contracts and then expect the company to make money. In reality, most of the time the contract is basically giving the house away. It is the employees that suffer. When the contracts go south, they cut more people. Those people are then screwed over. Be warned!! If your position ends on the 25th of the month, your health insurance also ends on the 25th of the month. Note that the premium you paid, is not pro-rated, justifying the end of coverage on the 25th. You still pay the usual premium, which should then have your coverage run through the end of the month. If they can destroy a person, they will. They want more and more and more from their employees. While they preach all this mental health, work life balance, it's a sham. They have no regard for the well being of the employee, which carries over to the employee's family.
