Pros
The company treats its employees really well and morale is very high. Afterall, the company's product is its employees, and Wizeline ensures that our employees in the support functions believe in that mindset. Wizeline also has a variety of programs available to employees to improve their skills and is continuously working on ways to help us progress our careers. The CEO and the leaders of the different departments at Wizeline are great at what they do. My particular department is led by someone who is a great example of what a lawyer should be - practical, flexible and business-savvy. She is an aspirational leader and great to work with.
Cons
Wizeline is growing very quickly, which is great and creates lots of opportunities for career progression, but like anywhere else there are growing pains. I am sure this will be a temporary issue, however, as the company is addressing this by putting in place processes that are more appropriate for bigger companies.
