Pros
Wizeline is a company that continues to prioritize its people. Significant effort and intention are put into creating a positive place to work for employees. Wizeline is a team that values community and connection, flexibility, and well-being. Above all, what has stood out to me the most in my experience at Wizeline so far has been the openness to innovation, creativity, and new ideas. Previous to Wizeline, I came from a workplace that operated by the book, where any deviation from "the way things are done" was frowned upon and highly discouraged. Wizeline has brought the creativity back out of me and has highly encouraged me to think outside of the box and try new things. Wizeline has fostered a safe space for innovation, learning through trying, and making mistakes along the way - an environment that enables incredible growth for its team members.
Cons
Some of the policies that impact the team could be communicated and rolled out in a more delicate and empathetic way. For example, the decision to bring people back to the office caused shock waves throughout the company. Demonstrating more empathy during the roll-out may have helped mitigate the tensions that arose because of it.
