Pros
All individual contributors are empowered to experiment with different ways to make their contributions more meaningful to the start-up's success. This allows for a culture where many speak up with new/different ideas, a collaborative team of colleagues to support you, and team members are committed and bought in to their projects. There's a well-balanced gender ratio in the San Francisco team, which is unusual for a tech company.
Cons
Wizeline is still an early start-up and the many moving parts can sometimes contribute to miscommunication and a chaotic work environment. However, the management team is open to hearing this feedback, evolving and making changes when needed.
