Pros

- Good offices - Catering - Gym - Average compensations & benefits - On tech side, there are really good engineers - Good culture only between tech team (company is not anymore employee-focused)

Cons

Here we go: - "Leadership strategies" changes every month. - The company is adrift, with no clear direction. - Salary adjustments or promotions are a total joke, there are folks that received 0% salary increase after their promotion or as words of our TPL "just a few received adjustment but between 2 or 3 %". - Wizeline demands a lot to participate in different initiatives in addition to your project, such as interviews, mentoring and so on, but if you work hard and prove to be someone of value, they will find a way to block you and avoid a salary adjustment or promotion. If you stop trying, they still use it as an excuse. - Attrition rates are increasing a lot. - Lately they focus more on getting you to commit more to participating in their ridiculous and absurd internal initiatives than on performing correctly on your project. - A lot of nepotism

Pros

For the most part, I had a good experience at Wizeline. The experience depends heavily on the client you are assigned to, but I was fortunate to work with great people and had a lot of fun, especially during my first few years at the company.

Cons

I believe that offering benefits beyond what is legally required reflects a company’s culture and the value it places on its employees. When my contract was terminated (after seven years ), no severance was offered, as this is not legally required in the U.S. This led me to reflect on how other non-mandated benefits are handled; for example, paid maternity leave is also not legally required, which raised questions for me about whether it would be supported if needed.
