Raises that are half of the cost of living increase, and bonuses that are less than a normal paycheck.
Global "Leadership" Team that wouldn't be qualified to be a shift lead at Taco Bell.
A CEO who just acts as a mouthpiece for Veritas Capital.
Benefits that were great by 2019 standards, but abysmal compared to current industry standards. (And even worse for new employees)
This company was great when I first started, but has quickly become not only a laughing stock of the industry it's in, but a depressing s-show for employees. Our HR is more worried about "increasing glass glassdoor scores" than listening to employees. Mass layoffs, and watching coworkers and friends get escorted out by some Temu-rented security. Almost all of whom went to direct competitors. If you want to work in this industry, just skip this place all together.
