Pros
being part of the consulting team, what makes Woodmac special to me is the information (industry knowledge) we have to deliver on the proposition sold. At PwC and Accenture, we spent too much time and effort learning to successfully deliver to our mandates. We have haven recruiting consultants coming from tier 1 consulting houses which give us a unique blend of skills (consulting-industry knowledge) to have a unique position in the market place.
Cons
in the consulting side of Woodmac we do not have as many offerings as other consulting houses (Accenture, Bain, etc). Our offerings are designed for a growth environment (expansion) so when the markets turn "down" we suffer (as we do not do cost optimization, etc, we do not have offerings which adjust to a downturn)
