- talented, smart people to work with - company has a good reputation in the energy sector
Cons
- management takes decisions without consulting employees. If you hire smart people, you should know that they will also be able to give good insight in what would be good for their team. Restructuring and changing teams every year is NOT good for morale and the results have been very poor - lots of people leave - too many processes, too many managers, too many old timers - main thing is that high managers say a lot of corporate stuff that doesn't mean anything and don't realise how much frustration there is in the company
