Pros
- Amazing colleagues. You work with some of the most passionate people who help you in many ways. Work that you do could be "boring" but the people you work make it an amazing environment - Flexible working environment: Very rare to find an employer who is okay with such an arrangement especially for those with kids. You are only required to come to the office twice a week which a good benefit - Mental Health: Off-day during mental health week and two-for-you initiative a quarter every year where you end work 2 hours earlier to focus on your well-being. We have to give credit when it's due and I do think it's an amazing initiative that other organizations can follow
Cons
- Low pay: Your pay might be stagnant and lower than industry standards - Cost-cutting measures impacting the wider team and losing smart, talented colleagues who have made such an impact - The recent changes have instilled anxiety among colleagues and has impacted the company and people in many ways - Lack of transparency from upper-management leading to a lack of trust from people within the organization
