Pros
Great benefits, great people, great management. Would have loved to continue working for the company.
Cons
Salary structure favors those coming in from the outside of the organization. Those who are promoted from within are making the bottom of the pay scale, while those employees who are hired externally are making the middle of the pay scale. This means even though I and my coworker have been in the same role for the same period with the same experience, I have a smaller salary.
