Quality staff, great mission. International perspective. Solid financials, though continued revenue growth is less certain. Good staff camaraderie within individual office locations. Good intentions around performance based management.
Cons
Silos everywhere - between departments, offices, geographical locations. Lots of talk around collaboration and cooperation, but natural tendencies to build departmental turf overrides the talk.
