Pros
WV Australia: Flexible working arrangements, friendly staff, open workspace, on-site cafe with good coffee, supportive of staff development, chance to cross over to another team, so many highly skilled people that you can learn from, good staff care
Cons
Strong office politics, constantly changes structures (went through 3 restructures/redundancies in less than 3 yrs!!), clunky finance process, most processing is so slow, high level management will always be prioritised (ongoing promotions, payrise)
