If you want a meaningful job, that makes a difference to vulnerable children around the world, then this is the place to be. The organisation has been going through a lot of change recently, into a more modern, digitally focussed one. This has been great to see. While they operate on Christian values, there is no obligation at all to be a Christian to work here (contrary to popular belief).
