Cons
I am reaching out to share serious concerns about the operations of World Vision, particularly regarding its adherence to its own principles and promises. My experience within the Dnipro office has revealed a stark contrast between the organization’s public commitments and its internal practices. Despite presenting itself as a humanitarian organization, World Vision engages in questionable financial and operational practices. Leadership consistently fails to uphold transparency and accountability, instead choosing to protect those involved in misconduct. One clear example is Andrey Pavlov, whose actions are continually overlooked by Arman Grigorian. If concerns escalate further, Daniela Cecil ensures that they are dismissed without consequence. This pattern of deception and cover-ups raises serious doubts about the true nature of the organization’s mission. Rather than prioritizing humanitarian efforts, it appears that self-interest and financial gain take precedence. I urge you to carefully reconsider your trust in this organization. If true accountability is to be established, an independent investigation is necessary to uncover the full extent of these issues.
