      Cannot think of any at the moment.

      Cons

      Poor management communication and decision making - half of the work for every project has to be outsourced to India by mandate. My last stretch with the company, not only did I fear going to work because our department has lost 75% of the engineers, but all benefits were being trimmed (salary, vacation, benefits, sick days).

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
