      The company provides services across the entire spectrum of engineering, procurement, and construction activities anywhere in the world. Tries to focus on continuous improvement and is, therefore, always adjusting the vision of the company years into the future.

      Cons

      The company is very sensitive to changes in the marketplace of EPC services and is currently suffering from a lack of work. The company needs to win more work immediately as they are laying off personnel at this time.

      Good people, easy to work with. Good pay. Great benefits. Job security for people who are willing to stick around, and do a good job.

      Doesn’t pay quite as much as some north slope jobs.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
