      They hired me and I am very thankful

      Cons

      - My engineering skills were never fully developed. - Supervisor constantly lied about training and giving out varying projects. - Layoffs were based on who you were friends with. - At one point we had 5 Project Engineers and 2 Design Engineers - Some of the "engineers" didn't know basic physics ( Yes, I was laid off and they weren't)

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
