      Pros

      A lot of opportunities for mobility within this company and many chances to learn new skills. Very large organization with variety of experiences and chances to see different aspects of business.

      Cons

      Policies and bureaucracy often make it difficult to carry out carry out tasks. Often those policies are put in place by people who have little understanding of what is required at a font line level.

      Good people, easy to work with. Good pay. Great benefits. Job security for people who are willing to stick around, and do a good job.

      Doesn’t pay quite as much as some north slope jobs.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
