      Pros

      The Coworkers (at least the ones that are left), Flexible Schedule and the pay.

      Cons

      Everything is a blame game, when something goes downhill the first thing management will do is look to point the finger. There have been constant layoffs, constant benefit cuts, and no team building in this company. Management wants to push everything to be done in India.

      Good people, easy to work with. Good pay. Great benefits. Job security for people who are willing to stick around, and do a good job.

      Cons

      Doesn’t pay quite as much as some north slope jobs.

      Great to get more experience in different areas

      Cons

      Completely project based. They don’t let you change on overhead even for 1 hr. It means if you can’t change on the project, they don’t pay you. So many people are full time but they don’t receive the full salary. No one tells you that when they want to hire you. There is no work/life balance
