Pros
Some locations/projects are able to work 4-10 schedule; benefits package is very good; 401k sharing pretty good as well; some positions are able to work flex/telecommute; pay is very good if you're on the engineering side of the house
Cons
Major organizational changes have resulted in the loss of a lot of key talent; IT systems are now iffy at best with no real sense of urgency when it comes to fixing things; Changes being made are seemingly arbitrary with apparently little to no forethought of the consequences or a blackup plan; Cost saving measures seem to be costing more than they're saving; New management is being brought in from outside the company instead of promoting from within, resulting in culture clashes as the new managers try to force fit their old company's culture onto WP's; High level management that has been responsible for losing the company millions of dollars get hired back and put in charge of reorganizing the business -- seriously?! Morale is in the gutter, because no new work is being won, and any potential work appears to be headed to China or India. Corporate Management talks a good talk but doesn't really appear to have a grasp on how to run the company.
