Pros

Plenty of late starts and early finishes due to poor planning of work.

Cons

Money falls behind every year due to little or no pay rises. No flexible holiday booking, only allowed to book holidays in November for the following year hence you can never plan a trip you want as everything is already booked up. Terrible communication from management, no meetings and everything heard via rumours.

Big company with solid benefits

Cons

Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
