      The people! I also enjoyed great flexibility in my work, things move very slowly, including promotions!

      All of this probably changed after the lexmark merger

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
