      - No career advancement - Pay is under the market rate - No salary increases - No recognition for exception talent - Individual contributors are taking on multiple jobs including management with the ongoing layoffs - All the jobs are being offshored to the Philippines

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
