      solid organizational structure... and lots of it... which can be the achilles heel.

      Cons

      everyone seems in preservation mode for their longevity. many people have been there many years. need some fresh blood which is willing to take a position and make changes.

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
