Pros
One of the most important thing i like about xerox was its work environment. Although most of the sales job requires immoral and door to door activity's, this was much better as all over your region you get corporate clients and you have to sell through presentations.
Cons
Well honestly xerox doesn't pay as well as it's competitors but if you spent few years in Xerox then your life is set.
