Pros
Very few reasons remain to work at Xerox. It is local. That's about it. In Rochester the only other large employers still around are hospitals and universities.
Cons
No raises. No promotions. No true choice in health care. No retirement plan match. Tuition reimbursement cut by half. Meanwhile, Xerox acquires a company that increases its size by a third. Somehow, the explanation that "that money comes from another category" rings hollow.
