      Pay is good, you learn about how benefits work

      Cons

      Employee morale was in the toilet at the time I was there. It was too political, there was no open door policy that seems to be enforced. Just go with the program, or get fired. It may have changed, since late 2012 is when I left.

      Big company with solid benefits

      Cons

      Pay is not on par with competition and raises are very hard to get. If you don't get what you are looking for when hired you will likely never get it.
