The culture at Xerox Litigation Services encourages collaboration among colleagues at all levels, and is very supportive of employees' professional growth goals. There are a lot of mentoring/mentee opportunities. Definitely benefits of being part of a larger company - there are a lot of resources.
Cons
Bureaucracy being part of a larger organization, even though Xerox Litigation Services operates fairly independently.
